Pam has been working with owners and their dogs professionally for over 20 years. She is a certified Third Way Trainer, Sirius Dog Trainer, certified member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, and is a past member of many other dog related organizations. She currently offers private behavior consultations and training in your home in the surrounding Ottawa area and offers group classes through NARNIA Pet Behavior and Training.

SPEAK [How to Better Understand the Canine Language]
Have you ever wished you could understand what your dog was thinking or feeling? Why are they pacing, who are they barking at, why are they looking at me like that? Well now you can! In this fun, interactive workshop you will learn how to understand what your dog is telling you and also how to communicate with them in a way they understand. In the end, you will create a more loving and rewarding relationship with your dog.

Public Speaking is Fun
No, really, it is fun! If you’ve always felt shy about standing up in public, now is the time to tackle your fears! Learn to relax in front of others, organize your thoughts, look your audience in the eye, and really make yourself understood. The class atmosphere is low key, supportive, and fun. Participants are encouraged to bring a short speech, special occasion toast, an excerpt from a book, or a monologue to work on in class.

People's Law School
Join area lawyers, who will explain in a language you can understand, how America’s legal system works and how it can help you in your daily life. You are welcome to attend any and all sessions. This class is free, but you must pre-register by calling IVCC at 815-224-0447. Classes will meet in CTC-123.
