Learn to Relax with Reiki
Experience this relaxation method that is easy to learn for oneself or to share with others. Reiki is a vibrational healing art that promotes balance on every level: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and even our interaction with the people and places in our daily lives. Reiki can be described as a ray (REI) of sunshine giving us warmth and light giving us the key (KI) energy to relax, reflect, and respond. Anyone can learn Reiki for themselves to relax and enjoy each day, and to share with others, from a touch of the hand to the series of hand placements. In one day you will learn the history of Eastern and Western Reiki, Chakra energy vortexes, how to meditate to relax, hand placements for self and others. The best part is giving and receiving Reiki during a practice session. Bring a set of twin sheets to cover the massage table and a sack lunch. There will be an optional book available for purchase from the instructor. Instructor Tina Dittle, is a Reiki Master-Teacher of Usui and Karuna Reiki. She is an affiliated member of the International Reiki Association and Therapeutic
