The Board of Trustees of Illinois Valley Community College District No. 513 convened a special session at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2008 at the Brightwood Inn, Oglesby, IL

Dr. Debra Derr, Presidential Candidate

CLOSED SESSION

It was moved by Mr. Thompson and seconded by Dr. Scroggs to convene a closed session at 7:03 p.m. to discuss 1) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.

On a motion by Mr. Setchell, seconded by Dr. Scroggs and carried unanimously, the regular meeting resumed at 8:55 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT

It was moved by Mrs. Endress, seconded by Dr. Scroggs, and carried unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 p.m.
