The Board of Trustees of Illinois Valley Community College District No.
513 convened a recessed session of the March 10, 2008 meeting at 5:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 in the Board Room C307 at

CLOSED SESSION
It was moved by Mr. Mallery and seconded by Mr. Thompson to convene a closed session at 5:12 p.m. to discuss 1) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.
On a motion by Dr. Scroggs, seconded by Mrs. Endress and carried unanimously, the regular meeting resumed at 7:37 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Mr. Thompson, seconded by Dr. Scroggs, and carried unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 7:38 p.m.
