2013 Spring Golf Results

 The IVCC Golf Team hosted the first conference tournament of the spring season at Oak Ridge

Golf Club on Wednesday.  Black Hawk College won the tournament with a score of 310.  IVCC

finished in 3rd place.  Scoring for IVCC:  Tanner Galyen 82, Jake Stiel 85, Michael Walker 91,

Tyler Dobrich 91. Black Hawk's Matt Schlueter was medalist with an 75.  IVCC will travel to

Carl Sandburg next Tuesday for the second conference tournament of the spring.

The IVCC Golf Team finished 3rd in the second conference tournament of the spring season.

Today's tournament was hosted by Carl Sandburg College at Lake Bracken Country Club
in Galesburg. Carl Sandburg College won the tournament with a score of 308.  Black Hawk

College was second with 310. IVCC was 3rd with 338.  Sauk Valley, 4th with 342.

Individual scoring for IVCC:

Tanner Galyen 83, Tyler Dobrich 84, Logan Koepke 85, Alex Harrison 86, Jake Stiel 90,

and Kyle Chase 90.  IVCC will be in action tomorrow at Byron Hills Golf Course in

Port Byron for their third conference tournament of the spring season.

The IVCC Golf Team played their 3rd conference golf tournament on Tuesday at Byron Hills Golf Course in Port Byron.  IVCC again finished 3rd. The tournament was won by host Black Hawk College with a score of 288.  Carl Sandburg College was second. Scoring for IVCC:

Spencer Jones from Black Hawk College was medalist with a score of 70.

The IVCC Golf Team finished their conference season with a 3rd place finish at the Highland College tournament on Tuesday in Freeport. Black Hawk College won the tournament and the Conference Championship. Carl Sandburg College finished second, IVCC 3rd, Saul Valley 4th, and Highland 5th. Josh Bousman from Black Hawk was individual conference champion.
