If you would like to request an evaluation of transcripts from another college, fill out the transcript request form and send to:

Request for Evaluation of Transcripts

This service is provided at no charge.  Turn around time is dependent on a variety of factors but students will be notified by letter when the evaluation is complete.

Military Credit

Any student who is a veteran can submit their member 4 copy DD-214 to the Office of Admissions and Records to be evaluated for possible credit.  If a student completes basic training, they can receive credit for HPE 1003 (Personal and Community Health) and 4 hours of HPE 0000 (Health and Wellness Elective Credit). Any additional credit is on a case by case basis, depending on the student's experience.
