Registration Options
IVCC offers the option to waitlist select courses once they are full. For details, go to www.ivcc.edu/waitlist.
1) In Person
Admissions and Records - off the Lobby in Building C
Office hours are:
Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
On the first and third Tuesday of each month, the Admissions
and Records Office will open at 9am. Transcripts, registration,
graduation, any records related forms, as well as Financial Aid
documents may be turned in to the secure lock-box outside the office
doors prior to 9 a.m. on these days. IVCC Student ID cards are provided in the Admissions & Records Office, C-210, after 8:30 a.m. during office hours. If you are requesting an IVCC student ID, you will need to provide a current IVCC student schedule and photo ID (driver's license, high school ID card, etc).

Using IVCC's WebAdvisor system, currently enrolled students will have the option to register for classes online.
You should request an IVCC WebAdvisor account immediately after applying to IVCC.
Assistance with WebAdvisor is available in the Learning Commons (Formerly the Computer Resource Center) in D-201 or by calling 815-224-0318.
3) By Mail or Fax
Fax/Mail registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis on the afternoon of the first day of registration. Be sure to fill the form out completely and legibly.

Students should have a list of the course names, numbers and sections they plan to enroll in when they call for phone-in registration.
Students must also be prepared to give their name, address and Social Security Number or IVCC Student ID Number.
