Office Hour Change:
Effective 2/21/12, the hours of operation for the Admissions and Records Office will be as listed:
February, March, September, and October hours of operation will be 8a-4:30p M,T,W,R,F.
January, April, May, June, July, August, November, & December hours of operation will be 8a-6p M,T,W,R & 8a-4:30p on F.
On the first and third Tuesday of each month, the Admissions and Records Office will open at 9am. Transcripts, registration, graduation, any records related forms, as well as Financial Aid documents may be turned in to the secure lock-box outside the office doors prior to 9 a.m. on these days.
Location: C 210 right off the Lobby
Mission: IVCC’s Office of Admissions and Records provides quality services to prospective, current, and former students in a welcoming and friendly environment.
Services provided include, but are not limited to, the recruitment of new students, processing of applications and course registrations, evaluation of potential graduates, and maintenance of student records.

Registration begins for Summer and Fall 2012 is underway.
Registration may occur online through WebAdvisor, in-person by visiting the Admissions & Records Office on the Main Campus or Ottawa Center location, by calling the Records office at 815-224-0447, by fax at 815-224-6091.
ALERT: Beginning April 3rd, 2012 courses may not be dropped over the phone. In order to drop a course, you must do so by logging in to WebAdvisor or visiting the Admissions & Records Office on the Main Campus or Front Desk at the IVCC Ottawa Center.
